Positive: The view from our room was amazing, the breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were clean and beautifully furnished. The wellness is very good with sauna and private whirlpool for 2. The beer in the fridge is something worth to try. If you want to get away from people and busy cities, with beautiful view this can be a very good location for you.
Negative: We visited this place with my husband as a mini honeymoon. We decided to get the additional breakfast. We received the breakfast on 3 different trays. The manager asked us around 12:00 in the noon if the trays, the plates and the stuff which we received, are not in our way. We were naturally fine with it, but we did not expect that no one will come for them until we leave and we did not know, if we should take care of the unwashed plates and trays ourselves, or not. The wellness was very nice, with great view but we have never encountered such a price for a 2,5 hour wellness, in the whole Czech republic, even if it was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit early in the morning (at 8:00), since we had an emergency at home. We let the manager know about this ASAP in the morning, but could not reach him. We waited almost 45 minutes (after 8:00 in the morning) when the manager picked up the phone and was able to check us out. On the website, it is stated, that the check-out is between 8:00-10:00. The response of the manager was, that they are not used to that somebody is leaving that early. So in case of emergency, you can't rely on the service, even if your check-out is between the stated check-out time. We were also unable to pay by card for our additional expenses, we had to pay either in cash or transfer the money directly to bank account. The accommodation is great, but definitely overpriced for the level of service it offers, we even had to pay for capsule coffee in the room.

Positive: The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need or want. We had the apartment with a garden, which was really nice.
Negative: There is an extra charge for everything, even coffee. And at this price for the apartment, that is bizarre. The wellness is charged at 100 euro, which is really much. The matras is not really that great. All 3 apartments are very different, and only one offers the spectacular views from the internet, so I find the pictures misleading. Breakfast is not offered when booking via booking.com, which makes you drive to Jicin, 20 minutes further. I was told Breakfast would be 40 euro per person, if by exception it would be offered.

Positive: Beautiful spot in a nice quiet location, great to chill on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Well decorated and spacious with a comfortable bed. Perfect for 1-2 nights!
Negative: Make sure you have provisions with you as it’s a bit remote and the info on booking.com is not 100% clear in terms of breakfast availability.
