Negative: Parking on the street, better install the app instead of paying at the street machine, very poor indications from the reception. The bed was terrible and the lack of airco very unpleasant.

Positive: Hotel has modern looks and located not too far away from the old town. The check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bed was firm and comfy. The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was fresh and tasty. Also the looks from the room at the mountains were great!

Negative: 1) Shower cabin did not have proper water insulation so the water was flowing freely under the door and we had a small pond in the bathroom afterwards (we have notified the reception about the need to fix this). 2) When we came to have breakfast some dished were already empty and the staff did not refill these properly, i.e., we were barely able to get the last bits of eggs and other things. We also noticed that the staff started to take the food away in advance - 30-40 minutes before the actual breakfast time was over.
