The Space:
The island of North Bimini is divided almost in half by the resort grounds and the local Alice town. One side of the island is the large campus of Resort World Bimini that includes the Hilton hotel, Casino, marinas, and the best restaurants & shops. The other half, leaving the resort grounds, is the local town filled with the Bahamian culture and food. The condo is located in the middle of the heavily guarded Resort World resort conveniently located next to the Hilton, Casino, and Infinity pool and the Mega Marina. A convenient pass located behind the condo takes you to the entrance in less than a 5 min walk.

Guest Access:
Guests have the whole upstairs Condo, including the spacious balcony that is very private. They will also be provided complimentary homeowner wristbands that allow them access to all pools and homeowner only locations, including the Hilton hotel property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Northern Bimini inside Resort World Bimini. The beach is down the road about a 5 min drive, and it’s always crystal clear blue. Summary: In General is a unit that fits a large group like we were However several issues didn’t work out The refrigerator is plugged to an electrical switch that would trip the breaker often and therefore we almost lost some of the food because of the refrigerator would shut down The property manager indicated he would send a technician but that never happened The Wifi wasn’t working, property manager sent a Hotspot unit which only worked for a few hours, so no Internet access, no TV no ability to watch movies at night The AC never went below 75F so we weren’t comfortable sleeping at night And finally check out is 11am however two not very nice cleaning ladies came over at 10am demanding we leave the apartment…we stayed until 11am The issues were not that critical but when you are going on vacation you don’t want to be managing issues you just want to relax and enjoy

Summary: Great property! Spacious, clean, great location and beautifully decorated. Lots of towels which is a plus and great property manager that answers very quickly. No issues at all! Will def be back!

Summary: Condo was behind the Hilton so we could cut through the back of property and a 2 minute walk to casino and hotel. Right across from beach. Very spacious with a total of 5 beds. Easier to rent a golf cart if you’ve any to explore island. Tram only runs on Hilton property

Summary: The host Christian was available at all times for any questions and or help needed. We had one small hiccup with a non functioning item and he had it repaired within 30 minutes. You just do not see that kind of customer service especially on VRBO. The unit was wonderful and the host truly provided top notch concierge service. This will be my next rental on my next trip to Bimini!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The furnishings, décor and little touches the owner has done makes all the difference. We planned a last minute stay and the home we usually stay at in Bimini was taken so we found this one that had what we wanted, (location, space, and availability). We were pleasantly surprised on how beautiful it is. It's the first home in Bimini Bay that had some of the same amenities as a hotel, (toothbrush, sunscreen, toothpaste, etc.). Just an overall great time for our last minute trip. We will definitely stay in this home for future stays.
