Positive: There are food and drinks prepared for us.

Negative: It’s by a noisy road. It’s impossible to get any sleep. Some facilities are broken, like the shower door. I don’t know why the host didn’t want to meet us even if they just lived upstairs. Communication is a bit wired. They left many notes handwritten only in Italian (no English). I could translate with my phone if they are written very clearly but they aren’t.

Summary: We aren’t able to get sleep even with earplug on.

Positive: Great spacious flat not far from Florence. Elisa left us milk and ice tea in the fridge as well as breakfast and coffee. She also left us earplugs for the noise from the motorway, which was really thoughtful. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the communication was always great.

Summary: A perfect place near florence, especially if you are travelling by car.

Positive: A very good place for a family/group. Nice and well equipped kitchenette. Bus stop just nearby.

Negative: A minus for us was the water boiler in the bathroom. If you are more than two persons, it's very possible you won't be taking a shower one after another. I washed my hair and there was no hot water left for my husband :) If you are traveling to Florence keep in mind bus hours as the last one is around 7 pm.
