Summary: One the best houses we’ve stayed in whilst on vacation. Spacious, clean and importantly the owner had provided the essentials to make us comfortable and started. The location was perfect for daily swims, walks and runs. Wide range of shops if needed. It was an excellent base to travel to the national parks eg kings canyon, sequoias and Yosemite. Would highly recommend this property. Felt like a very safe area too.

Summary: Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby parking. A bit surprised with the lacking of items in the kitchen, such as ample flatware and dishes. Also, the advertised laundry detergent was not provided. However, all appliances were top quality. The pool and backyard was first rate and relaxing. Emails were not answered but phone calls were answered. Early check was permitted due to family arriving before the normal 3 PM check in. House is also located close to several shopping centers. Regardless of any issues would rent this house again. If I could give it a 4.5 rating I would.

Summary: House was beautiful. The pool was dirty and the pool water was not clean. The pool cleaner was not working so we decided purchased water test strips for our safety. The test strip showed zero bromine and minimal in all the other water test categories. We talked to maintenance daily and the pool was cleaned at the end of the third day. We ran another water check and the results showed ideal in all the water test categories. I have pictures showing the pool desperately needing a scrubbing.

Summary: We enjoyed the spacious house with nice touches, including pool and pool table. Pro tip: Use street parking. Driveway to front door has no pathway so you'll be walking back to street anyways. ***Do not lock yourself out! Because I absent mindedly left through the garage with the deabolt locked, i found myself locked out. Front door key code is only ingress. Owner had to send a locksmith out to get me back in.

Summary: We went to a wedding in Clovis. We stayed at an extremely beautiful home. The home was very very clean. Had everything we needed. Very quiet area with shopping close by. Pool is not heated. It was not hot enough to get in which was disappointment but still enjoyed sitting outside. Our friends and family thought the home was beautiful. I could have stayed another week. Thank you.
