This amazing contemporary ocean front property features high-end finishes and appliances with unique designer touches. The homes has been recently remodeled. It boasts sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and Tomales Bay. Additionally, the location is wonderful, being only a few minutes’ walk to the beach path on Kailua Way.
You enter a room filled with windows that frame the views of Dillon Beach and Tomales Head. The spacious and bright great room is an open concept and connects to a big deck positioned over the ocean. A big glass top table supported by a massive tree root base defines the expansive area. The designer - gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a gas burner with hood, and a massive island with a wraparound countertop and seating for six. On the main level, there are four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms feature built-in vanities with sinks, while the other two feature full bathrooms.
The main bathroom is located at the end of the corridor that connects the bedrooms. The bottom level features another fantastic room complete with a smaller kitchenette, poker table, and sitting area along with a sofa sleeper and a very large flat screen television. Another room has been designated as a children's bunk room, complete with four bunk beds and a full bath with shower. The residence features a hot tub located on the deck which overlooks the ocean.
We feel that this home one of the best Vacation Rentals in all of Dillon Beach.

Summary: So much fun! The property had enough rooms and bathrooms for 11 of us! The hot tub was relaxing, the house was clean, right on the ocean with views of deer. Super easy check in and out process! Would stay again 10/10!

Summary: Breath-taking views and a beautifully appointed home. With lots of amenities and a fully-equipped kitchen, our group of five girls’ getaway was made even more relaxing. Our only regret was leaving a box of pastries on the kitchen counter overnight and waking to it being covered in ants. Not a big deal. Lesson learned, and other sweet items were put in the fridge. We plan to return soon and will also refer this location to our friends looking for a fantastic spot to relax.

Summary: The photos accurately reflect the space and views. The main living room and dining area and kitchen were ideal for cooking, playing games, doing puzzles and hanging out. We were there on an incredibly rainy weekend in January.
