Summary: To all the people that complain: I don't know what the deal is. These are cabins, not a swanky downtown hotel. I really enjoyed my short stay, just passing through town. It was very quiet, I got a good night's sleep, WiFi worked great, and the property manager was super nice and helpful.

Summary: Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty.

Summary: This was our second stay in the Hummingbird cabin, and it was as nice as the first time. The cabin is rustic but has all the essential amenities. Grocery shopping is just across the street, it is quiet, and the people in Happy Camp are very friendly. Be sure to visit the Karuk museum and learn about the original inhabitants and their amazing skills.
