Summary: Courteous staff and easy check in. Roomy cabin (14), but there was a distinct smell of burnt wood (from the fireplace). Location is ideal if you want to visit the nearby parks or trails.

Summary: The cabin-rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. It's in a great location for what I wanted to do. The desk clerk said the internet was only available at the club house. But I received internet perfectly in my room. Lots of hiking in the Pfeiffer State park and close to the access road to the Pfeiffer State Beach. The room rates were very reasonable for the area.

Summary: The bathroom needs another towel rack. There is a problem with the fireplace-you have to open a window to draft the air in the room or smoke comes out into the room. I was glad for washcloths and a bar of soap. Also the extra blanket was good.
