Positive: Good for big families gathering, lots of mattress / bed in each room. Able to negotiate for later check out. Not reject / cancel booking, when card not fully auto deduct before arrive, pay balance at receptionist.

Negative: Water heater not function at d other toilet. Unable to get pin for access astro, hence just watch netflix. Some part of the floor a bit sticky / oily. Need to ready cash rm100 for deposit. Good if provide stove for simple cooking & caution tape at dining table floor to avoid stumble.

Summary: Worth & comfortable stay for big families gathering.

Positive: it was a good place to book if you come in big groups and the house is naturally cold, no need or aircond/fan. Host is nice for letting us extend check out because we check in late.

Negative: Lacking basic amenities. the water heater on ground floor doesn't work, the heater on the 1st floor is lukewarm only at the highest setting. there are only a handful of bar soap in the bathroom provided. the wifi speed is fast only on the ground floor. the kitchen doesn't have any cutleries or dishwash soap. there is also no broom for quick cleaning. one of the queen bed on the 1st floor is on the verge of breaking in the middle and got bedbugs too.
