Summary: Location is amazing. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The house was very cool, great use of space. Felt very much at home here.

Summary: We stayed at the Big Chill! as part of a guy's trip. The location of the house was great as it was easily walkable to local restaurants, bars and coffee shops as well as minimal traffic for our drives in and out of Louisville for the bourbon trail destinations. The house was more than accommodating and as described in the listing and pictures. Note that it is an older property so expect the various quirks that may accompany a 1900s era home.

Summary: We had a nice stay. Great location, beds were comfortable. The house is very old so expect some noise and quirkiness.

Summary: House accommodations were pretty great as far as rooms for the amount of people we brought (7 total). The back yard is the best feature of this house with the hot tub, fire pit and the outside bar seating area. That is where we spent all our time during our stay while at the house. Only complaints that we had was the grill didn’t work, (burners are busted) and the water pressure in the showers isn’t very good. But besides those two issues this property was great!

Summary: House is even bigger than it looks online. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space. The back deck area with the hot tub and fire pit are fantastic and the location was great. We walked to a couple of bars and restaurants which was great to be able to do and on top of that it was only a 10 minute drive to downtown. I highly recommend staying here

Summary: The check in process was smooth and efficient. House was just as expected. Clean. Furniture was comfortable. We didn’t really use the kitchen but just enough for coffee and drinks for the 4 of us. It could use stocking up on mugs and glasses a little more. That was the only thing lacking. The backyard/deck was just as it looked in the listing. We used the hot tub two nights and it was great. Unfortunately the snow/ice kept us from being able to use the sunken firepit and the outdoor bar/grill area. This house is recommended and we would stay here again.
