Positive: The location is fantastic: right by the Santa Maria beach. One can see the sunrise clearly each morning. The property is modern and well equipped. Very spacious and pleasant. The pool is amazing.

Negative: The quality of toiletries did not match the quality of the villa. The villa is not close to super markets (nearest is 10-15 min drive) so the host should ensure that certain basic material is always maintained (sufficient water, tea, coffee, snack, detergent etc).

Summary: Fantastic location; spacious, modern and well equipped property.
