Summary: The property was perfect for a family gathering. The location is great. Walking distance to Publix,the pier, restaurants and the beach. It was great for kids and the backyard playset was so nice to have. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and had the best time during our stay!

Summary: The house was very responsive to my concerns about the hurricane. The house is lovely and very functional for a family. She provided beach equipment, which was very helpful. Kitchen needs to be better supplied. I'm sure it will be For the next guest. Some work was being done to make it more child friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Mother in law came to visit with some accessibility issues. House was a great setup for multiple adults w/w/o kids... backyard peaceful with plenty of shade or sun whichever you prefer. Cannot beat location for access to beach/food/grocery store etc. We are local residents and definitely recommend this rental for what it shows it to be.

Summary: There were a few problems- however, the owners responded quickly and fixed the issues. There were negatives: old hot tub dumped in the bushes in the back yard, backyard fence had several holes - so we couldn’t let our small dog out by herself, & the front yard bed needed to be cleaned up.
