Summary: We stopped here for one night after a long holiday in Italy before heading back to Madrid, and it was a great choice. Marco at reception was incredibly kind and helpful when we checked in late at night — he made us feel very welcome and even took the time to explain how to get around the charming city of San Sebastián and its beautiful historical landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being able to park the car at the hotel and then walk into the town center easily. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent — the food in San Sebastián never disappoints! A special mention to Mohammed, our waiter, who provided such attentive and friendly service. Finally, during check-out, the lady at reception was wonderful — warm, efficient, and made the end of our stay just as pleasant as the beginning. Overall, a perfect short stay with fantastic staff and great service. Highly recommended!
