Summary: The property was in the city center, next to all the city life, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The apartment is updated and had all the amenities needed for our family of 4. We come every year and like to try different areas and this is one we will book again.

Summary: We stayed at this lovely apartment for 9 nights. This is the 3rd apartment I've rented in Biarritz and it was by far our favorite. Every single thing you could want was included from toilet paper to beach chairs. The apartment is centrally located close to grocery stores, bakeries, the beach, restaurants...you can walk anywhere. We loved sitting on the balcony sipping wine, eating lunch and watching the people and the ocean. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Great location in the town centre, very close to the sea, shops, restaurants & bars. Great communication through booking process, and local letting agent was wonderful to deal with, arriving on time to let us in. Apartment has everything you need, fully furnished with towels, bedding etc.

Summary: We were 4 senior women who travel often to France. This was our first time in Biarritz and found the apartment fit our needs. The kitchen was wonderful as was the large living/dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms had stall showers which is important for us. There is an elevator, but not from the ground floor so people with mobility issues would have a difficult time if they could not negotiate the stairs. The location is certainly central to everything. However, because of this we had noisy nights with people using the park area under our bedroom windows at 3 AM + when the establishments closed. We did not get much sleep until the landlord intervened and called the police. It was not quiet ever during the early morning hours. Even with the windows closed, the noise was present. And with windows closed, the air became stuffy. So if you are do not mind this noise, the apartment is great.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for five days this summer, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful this apartment is. The location is ideal -- walkable to every attraction. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable, functional, and a real treat to relax in. The owner was very friendly and responsive to us during the booking process, and he has a local property manager that came by to show us around and help us ease into our stay. I would recommend this rental without hesitation. Great spot for children, too! Thanks again, Pierre!

Summary: The apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (including children of 4 and 1 years old). The location, size of apartment, style, cleanliness and facilities - even the bedding - were 5 star! We would definitely like to stay again as found it very relaxing and easy with the children. Great to be so close to the beach yet also in the centre of town, you really feel like you are in the centre of everything that's going on. The photos on the website don't do it justice...the apartment is so much better in real life. It is much more spacious and has a more immaculate style and finish than the current pictures convey.
