Positive: The facilities, room, pool, restaurant were all fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: A couple of things could have been better. There was no kettle in the room which had I known I would have taken a travel kettle. The restaurant staff were a little slow on one evening, may have been particularly busy. The doors to the room were glass and could have been covered to prevent light coming in.

Summary: Beautifully hotel, very relaxing.

Negative: The location is a bit inconveniencing for non-drivers Also the showers could use some improvement as the water was not draining easily hence flooding the bathroom Not very many options for breakfast

Positive: We rented 3 units, all in one building so easy to get around and stay close together. Very busy restaurant with locals, nice food. Beautiful area to stay in. But can get very loud late evening/night. There was a wedding and a few big celebrations happening every night of our stay.

Negative: We rented this villa especially for the pool to use and it was out of use. No communication about that, while booking the place, it stated the pool will be open. very disappointed as we had children with us and their were really looking forward to that. The villa on the top level not suitable for little kids and wondering fingers. The place wasn't quite finished, with a few cables sticking out of the walls, no wardrobe, no hangers. but a massive room. No buses to the place, but very easy and reliable taxi services.

Positive: We had the best stay at Bianca. The service was outstanding. The staff and management went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Very clean and well kept. The location is amazing, slightly outside of the main downtown area which was exactly what we wanted. Beautiful views with easily accessible transportation. The restaurant is absolutely amazing. Every dish we had was so delicious and beyond reasonably priced. I cannot say enough good things about Bianca Hotel & Restaurant. We will definitely be back.
