Positive: Very comfortable and well equipped tent. Amazing views from all of the sea view tents, appeared on par with other resorts in the area. Staff are all so kind and helpful. The pool was the highlight for us, sits on highest point of property with unbelievable panoramic views!! The mai. restaurant was fairly good prices for the portion sizes and how good quality the ingredients were. Free breakfast bar was so good!!

Negative: Can be pretty buggy outside of the tents, need some insect repellent. Not too much to do around the resort, but didn’t bother us. May get a little boring staying more than 2 nights.

Positive: Each and every meal was delicious and the chef is to be congratulated on presentation and flavours captured. The views of course are spectacular and I was up each morning to enjoy daybreak and watch the light and colours highlight the seascape. Stunning.

Negative: The weather. Rain rain and more rain The steep road was a challenge but All the staff were very attentive and helpful especially the shuttle drivers who helped us safely board in and out of he vehicle.

Positive: It's a really special place to stay - a tent with a view of the bay. The amenities are also quite good, and the staff is nice. The room was large enough for 2, and the view is nice, even if we had rain during our whole stay. The shuttle makes it easy to get around, and the skywalk is a nice addition. If you're looking for a big hotel with the usual amenities, this is what you will get here.

Negative: It was a very impersonal stay. Everything is a bit too contrived and sterile. It's missing character. The restaurant played the same songkran song over and over. It was really unpleasant. Plus, the food was overpriced (especially the Thai food) and not very flavourful. Also, the breakfast buffet has no vegan options, and a very poor selection of vegetarian options. If you have dietary restrictions, it's not the greatest. The pool is quite small considering the size of the hotel. and it was really crowded. I think that when you pay such a high price (compared to other places in Thailand), you expect more from places like this, and unfortunately, this place fell short of our expectations, and for the price we paid. It's still a nice place, but for the price, the value wasn't great.
