Positive: The rental was super clean, very accommodating and an easy walk to local restaurants and bars! The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. Erik was great and easy to communicate with. 100/10!

Negative: There was nothing bad about our stay at all!

Summary: Such a great place for the price! Our whole group loved it and when we come back to tulum we will stay here again!

Positive: This is a stunning condo, located in the Aldea Zama neighborhood with coffee shops and groceries nearby. The condo itself is spectacular -- it's modern, very clean, and equipped with nice kitchen utensils (e.g., cups, plates, cooking equipment) and a washing machine. It's a 10 minute drive to most anything you need in Tulum -- The Hotel Zone, La Valeta, Tulum Centro, etc. There's plenty of seating room throughout the living room and the balcony. And, the property manager, Erik, was very kind and easy to connect with through WhatsApp for any questions.

Negative: Our only concern was the internet was a little spotty during our stay. There was some issue with Telmex due to the construction in the area.

Summary: Beautiful place, wonderful amenities, great host, and perfect location -- thank you!
