Summary: Close to beach and town centre, we used it for a night out at the De La Warr Pavilion, which is literally across the road.

Summary: Well placed in town , near the beach and theater where I went to see a concert. Only downer was I’m not use to spring mattresses a bit difficult to get to sleep.

Summary: We have used Bexlet a number of times and had never had any problem. The studio is always very clean. Roberto is on-hand if needed. Roberto is very accommodating. The premises is handy for all amenities. Parking at De La Warr carpark is very reasonable for all day, and we could come and go. I would recommend and we will definitely come again.

Summary: This 4B studio was a far better design than the previous one I had at Xmas 2022 due to actually being able to stand in front of wash hand basin to shave ! I still feel the not unreasonable addition of a coffee cafetière would be useful to have as I for one draw the line at drinking instant coffee.

Summary: Short walking distance to seafront , De La Warr Pavilion.and town centre bars, restaurants and shops so very convenient location. Comfortable bed, decent kitchenette., shower and loo. We arrived on a bitterly cold day but the Host had kindly put the heating on before our arrival and the accommodation was toasty warm. It had everything needed for a short break. Not grand but the price was very reasonable. Would stay again if visiting the area .
