Positive: Extremely clean, convenient, and well thought out. Beautifully maintained house and garden. Really comprehensive folder with information about the house, facilities, local restaurants and activities. Super well equipped kitchen. Welcome basket with cheese, fresh eggs and welsh cakes was a nice touch also. The host even checked in on us to make sure all was well and we had everything we needed. I wish every Airbnb was like this!

Negative: The only point of possible improvement I can think of is that it would have been lovely to have shower gel and shampoo there, but this is a really minor thing.

Positive: Beautiful cottage in the countryside. Views in every direction and we had sunshine everyday for the week we were there (end Nov). Open plan was great for prepping food and being able to chat with family at the same time. Everything you could need was present. Plenty of storage for bikes in the garage and lovely place to sit out at the end of the day or for alfresco breakfast. The location allowed exploring both Wales and England. Shrewsbury, Oswestry and Bridgnorth in England, Welshpool, Wrexham and Chirk. There is Pistyll Rhaeader Waterfall nearby, which is a 3ml walk from the centre of Llanrhaeadr Ym Mochnant just down the hill from the cottage. There are plenty of Castles/ Houses to visit in the area which did a few due to being NT members. Chirk Castle, Powis Castle and Erdigg House were fantastic with all trimmed with Xmas decorations. Walking can be had right from the door and due to the lack of light pollution you can see the star constellations which make it feel you can reach out and touch them. All in all a fantastic place to stay with super comfy beds, space inside and outside and everything you need. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. The owners are very helpful and nothing too much trouble, not that we had any. We used Cefn Coch as the Sat-Nav search and it takes you to the cottage.

Positive: We loved everything about Bethania, what a beautiful cottage and with decor to the highest standard in the most amazing scenery, the ponies were lovely and my Grand Daughter loved them, that was her favourite part of the holiday. It was just perfection from beginning to end, Thank you Sally, Wendy and family XX

Positive: What a fantastic cottage. Modern, clean, brilliantly equipped and decorated, and very comfortable. All in a gorgeous setting. We loved sitting on the patio furniture watching the ponies in the next field while we drank our tea. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: Lovely cottage, perfect size, furnished with nice taste. You can be perfectly self-sufficient there whether you are there for a long or short stay. The welcome pack was a nice surprise. It also made us buy more Welsh cheese and cakes. Plenty of little convenience stores nearby and places to eat out. It was a great base to explore the area.
