Summary: Front desk receptionist was very friendly, however the carpet and mattresses need to be replaced. The room was supposed to have been a non-smoking room but smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Our stay was restless due to the amount of construction workers that had been hanging out in the parking lot playing loud music and talking loudly. There was a pan full of grease that had been sitting out in the parking lot along with a charcoal grill throughout our stay.

Summary: doors are on the outside, no elevator. friendly service,breakfast is your basic hotel breakfast but it was good and fresh. beds and pillows suck. shower head is pointed to the wall so you will be up against the wall while you shower. shower curtain does nothing so you will step in a puddle of water when you step out of the shower. carpet felt damp.

Summary: The smell of weed filled our room during the whole stay. The plugins were coming out of the walls. Hair was in the sink. Had 2 to 3 fiddle back spiders and one was in the bed. The parking was terrible as well. I will never stay here again

Summary: The beds were very comfortable. The room was fine except the bathrooms are small. The pool is very clean however, it is not warm. The paint is peeling very badly on the bottom of the pool and it feels very gross in the bottom of your feet. The hot tub is nice and warm but the jets don’t work. The breakfast was disgusting and meat didn’t look cooked through. The desk employee was very sweet. It just looks like not a lot of effort is made by the hotel owners is keeping up maintenance.

Summary: It was great when we arrived the night clerk couldn’t be any more helpful and accommodating. However the Sunday morning attendant wasRUDE, Condescending and absolutely ruined my stay she was slamming doors and I just walked out without eating breakfast, I’ll never return to your hotel in Dumas Tx again Should be more selective about people you hire
