Summary: Overall stay was fine. Room looked as expected. Location was walkable to downtown Newmarket and drivable to areas north of Toronto. It was a hassle free stay.

Summary: It’s okay here rooms do have a strong musty smell and are crazy small. I will definitely not stay at this best western again. Location is good.front desk was very friendly

Summary: The room was quite large which was a nice surprise! The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Unfortunately there was no hot water. We didn't notice until almost 10pm when I went to have a shower. We called down to the front desk and they advised that the "gas guy" was on his way so it hopefully would be fixed soon. We were offered a switch to a different room but we declined due to the time and the fact that our kids were already in bed. The next morning when we were packing up to leave there still wasn't hot water. Upon checkout we were offered a rate change for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated.

Summary: The only thing I didn’t like was the cheap, cheap toilet paper! For the price you pay they should be able to use softer toilet paper!
