Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and fresh. Black out curtains were excellent! Altogether a wonderful stay. I would recommend this BW to anyone staying in this area. Thank you!

Summary: Room was nice, bed comfortable. It was cool and the heater in the room didn't work. The front desk staff was nice and the breakfast was ok. The outside parking lot needed some power washing, it was getting stained/molder from the building run-off.

Summary: Let me start off by saying maybe all of the rooms aren’t this bad but I don’t think I have ever experienced a room as filthy as this one. Upon entering the non-smoking room it reeked strongly of marijuana, had dirty fingerprints all over the walls, especially the bathroom door and light switches. Hair on the bathroom floor and bed. And lastly, toothpaste on the outside of the bathroom door. All of these things were blatant and I cannot imagine why housekeeping would leave it this way. I would like to share pictures but unfortunately it doesn’t give me that option. I am one to overlook small things and never leave poor reviews but this is not one of those times that I can justify not saying something.

Summary: It was very clean, staff was very nice, and it was close to dining, and to the Smart Financial Center where I was going to a concert. Very pleased with choosing Best Western Sugar Land for my stay in Texas.
