Summary: I have stayed at this hotel, many times, but was greatly disappointed this time. The bedsheets were dirty and had already been used by another guest (hair and a cigarette butt in them), the carpet had a horrible odor, and they ran out of breakfast an hour before it ended. Do not plan to return.

Summary: Staff was very friendly, but the main light in the bathroom didn't work, so we had to use the heating lamp. The eggs at breakfast were cold and parking was interesting, but it was in a convenient location. Also really liked they have us a 10% discount for Texas Roadhouse

Summary: Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk service was mixed reviews from friendly to not so friendly. Breakfast choices were good. The condition of the motel needs attention to maintenance details: back door not operational; front door doesn’t close all the way; just got the feeling they didn’t care about keeping the Bestwestern brand up to par.

Summary: Bath tub shower did not drain!!!! TV in breakfast area had half blacked out screen!!! Not very friendly morning front desk staff!!! The beds gave us a good night sleep. 👍

Summary: We stayed 4 nights for a family event. On the plus side, the location is great for shopping, they have a decent complimentary breakfast, and it was reasonably quiet. Only complaint was the room AC unit, which could bring down the temperature but not the humidity. If we come back to St. Louis we'd probably stay here again.

Summary: A staff member was very rude and violated ADA law by telling me I could not bring my service animal to approach the breakfast buffet. She told me I had to sit far away from the food. When I told her my service dog was not a pet, but a service animal required to assist my disability, she still insisted so I spoke to the front desk. The front desk said "I was allowed" but no apology was given.

Summary: For a hotel that was on the lower end of the price range? This hotel was clean and well run. I chose it because I had a dog with me, and the $30 fee was a bit of a surprise. Overall, great stay.

Summary: Hotel is immaculate, staff very friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster. We wee on the road so booked hotels with breakfast on purpose. There was only a couple of bagels, one cereal pot and nothing else other than coffee. There was still a half hour to go but it was clear the items weren’t being topped up. At least 3 families came in and left again, including us. A shame, because otherwise the hotel is lovely.
