Summary: Overall the hotel was clean and convenient. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was hard, the pillows were TINY little squares and you basically had 2 sheets to cover up with. No real blanket. We did not sleep good. Breakfast was pretty plain and basic but did the job.

Summary: The stay was great. We had great service at the front desk. They were all very accomodating in our needs. We came as a team for a softball tournament.

Summary: Front desk wouldn’t give us an extra bedding set for the pull out couch. We had to go buy our own. Also shower wouldn’t drain very well.

Summary: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did find that water was not running to our room, except for intermittently, from around 9:30ish am to around 11:00 am. Possibly due to cleaning and laundry. We only assumed. We didn’t complain because we had no intention of changing hotels due to location. The staff, quietness, and comfort of our stay (4 days) was exceptional, which we felt kind of made up for it.

Summary: It served its purpose but the walls were paper thin. Whether it was above our room or down the hall, super loud. Some things to note, not a positive or negative but toiletries were single use and only bars of soap (no body wash), breakfast ends at 9, housekeeping knocked on my door 1.5 hours before checkout. Tesla chargers are the reason I stayed here but there was a fee for charging. This was not specified in the amenities; only that it was available.
