Summary: The room was fine. Shower needs a little repair. Renee was lovely at check in, though apparently her computer was having trouble and quite a few had arrived at nearly the same time, making check in rather slow.

Summary: The room was as expected, clean with a king sized bed. We were very frustrated with the Direct TV in the room. It buffered randomly, so we could not watch any TV, really. We told the front desk about it on our first night of two, she said that she would send someone up to have a look. No one came that night. Told the front desk about it the next morning. They re-booted the Direct TV system, but it continued to buffer randomly. Surely the management knows they have a TV reception issue. We would not stay in this hotel again.

Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful. We paid a small fee for an early arrival check in. The property and room was noticeably very clean. Breakfast had good options for everyone in our group. Unfortunately the hot tub water was not being heated. We were informed the pool heat pump was temporarily out of service, but was assured the hot tub worked. Not the case. Overall good hotel experience

Summary: Excellent staff!! Friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Price was a little high but the location was good. We had trouble with the TV reception but that was the only complaint.
