Summary: Room was comfortable. Staff very friendly yet with professional courtesy. Breakfast was very plane and simple. Good coffee and choice of juices.

Summary: Room was nice and clean....staff was great. Only issue I had was maid service coming in as I was changing the next morning. Bolt was across the door...don't disturb sign was on the door knob. Some elderly gentleman told front desk that he was checking out and gave the wrong room number. The bolt across the door did not work. Door slid right open

Summary: The biggest complaint that I have is this Best Western does not have an elevator. Had I been aware of this I would not have booked with them. When I went back to the website and scrolled all the way down to the ammenities, the LAST item showed no elevators. I was not interested in the ammenities so I did not even go that far when looking for a hotel. This to me should be on the front of their website to make people aware. Going up and down 2 flights of stairs with luggage and other items is not convenient or safe.
