Summary: Overall, a nice hotel. Room was quiet and comfortable, and the courtyard of roses and agapanthus was remarkable! Breakfast/coffee could've been better.

Summary: The hotel is very old and in need of a major upgrade. The pool is a nice size and there are beautiful flowers everywhere. The rooms are ok in size and clean, but the furniture is old and drab, plus the air conditioning is old and doesnt always keep up. I had to have our rooms switched because the first one reeked of mildew and there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Beds were comfortable enough. The staff were very friendly. Hotel is very conveniently located and breakfast was just ok but you did have options yo customize your order, so that was nice.

Summary: Everything was excellent after I got through the first night. I was finally moved to a excellent room around midnight... after I had problems with the TV and a constant ticking sound which got louder as the night progressed. I was unable to sleep, I called the front desk to complain...waited 30 minutes and still nothing. I recorded the sound and walked out to the front desk to complain again. I was finally given the key to a new room... no one offered to help me move my bags to the new room across the patio and upstairs (no elevator). The reason for being there was because my granddaughter was getting married the following day... so not being able to sleep until 1 in the morning left me a little tired the following day.

Summary: We loved the make to order breakfast! The omelette and French toast were a big hit in our family. The pool and hot tub area was clean and quiet with beautiful flower and rose gardens surrounding the area! We’d definitely stay there again.

Summary: Our room was by a gate that was used to get to the parking lot. Every time it was used, we could hear it slam shut. Upstairs guest paced back and forth in a very heavy manner most of the night and it sounded as if they were rolling luggage from one side of their room to the other.

Summary: Vending machine took money. Called front office and he brought a can to my room. Apparently staff knows vending machine not operating right but not fixing it.
