Summary: We had 2 rooms this time. One for our son and the other for my husband and myself. I said I would pay at the hotel. The cost had already been charged to my account- $263.11 for each room which was correct. Then on Friday I noticed those 2 charges had been replaced with $536.22 for each room. I went to the front desk and explained what they had done the lady fixed it and one $536.22 was removed. I got ready to Check out this morning and I saw they had charged me $263.11 again. I asked why and they said that was what was due. I was very mad at this pint and I wasn’t to nice to the young lady at the desk. I did apologize before I walked away. She got smart with me and that antagonize more. I told her I wanted it removed because it was already paid. She said she couldn’t do it. It would have to be my bank to remove it which is a lie!! I told her I was beginning to think River Cities Best Western was a thief or the people at the desk were liars. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL AGAIN!!

Summary: The bed was great! Very comfortable!! Everything was clean. The showers was ideal!!

Summary: Listen, the people are sweet. The food was pretty good for a hotel. The room was very clean as well. I'll stay here every time I'm in Ashland, and I have. The only thing that has been rough was a tractor trailer idling all night outside the hotel on a Thursday. I have yet to see/hear it on a weekend night. The noise was awful, and it cost me a lot of sleep. On the nights I've stayed here without the idling trucks, it's virtually silent. Overall, a wonderful hotel.

Summary: Our room smelled strong as being a "smoking room". I tought I'll get used to it, but I couldn't!!! The breakfast was very good, the staff was very helpful and kind, but that smell needs to be "solved"

Summary: First night there was dirt and lots of black hair in one of the beds. I was very tired and had unpacked, so I just slept in the other bed. Next morning I saw the same in the sink. Also, the window shade didn’t come down all the way. The shower didn’t work right, but was good enough. Breakfast was adequate except the morning with the cheese omelets. They should have stuck to scrambled eggs. At the end, I got to go home a day early, but no refund, “special rate.” It looked like a newer hotel.
