Positive: It was close to where we needed to be, that is it. Sadly, the gentlemen who helped with booking ( Scott ) was off. He was wonderful to deal with and would have did his best to help us. Sadly, the lazy rude young lady, could have cared less.

Negative: The staff clearly hates her job. Rude and didn't want to help AT ALL. The beds might as well be on the floor and this was a handicap room. How do expect folks to get up with beds so low. How does one in wheelchairs transfer back and forth ? TERRIBLE DESIGN

Positive: Very friendly staff. Super clean and breakfast was delicious. Everytime my husband and kids walked in and out of the doors, they took time to talk with us and make us feel welcome
