Summary: They didnt offer a decent late check out time. Checck out was 11 late check out was 11:30. other that I didn't really have any complaints

Summary: Customer service was very rude at check in. They didn’t have elevators. Had to go up 2 flights stairs. Not good for seniors.

Summary: We have stayed at this hotel in past but this stay was not the best . The card would not read to open the door , had to get it reset multiply times . No one came to look at it .. I would take 10mins to get into the room trying to get the card key to work .

Summary: Staff were pleasant. Property and room was clean. Staff said the hotel was not busy but the only rooms available were on the second floor, the stairs were an easy grade but this could be a problem for someone with mobility issues as there is no elevator. Otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast was good.

Summary: The property is old but it was clean. The front desk clerk was not that happy to see guest lol. It’s so quiet there I bet guest are not plentiful. It seems like she rather watch tv then greet and be a bit more welcoming to the guest. Felt like we kept her from watching her favorite tv show. But the hotel served its purpose of a one night stay. It’s a pretty stale environment. The young man was nice. Should have took his name for the review. Not many other choices in Refugio so that’s that!

Summary: I was traveling all day so needed a clean, comfortable room for the night and this BW was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was just what I was hoping for.
