Summary: We loved our stay in Madison at the Best Western Premier Park. The staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. We used the parking garage and the attendants were quick to get our car when we needed to leave for dinner. The location can't be beat - restaurants, shopping, museums... We enjoyed everything about our stay and can't wait to come back!

Summary: I thought the hotel was very nice and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. The front desk check in was not exceptional, not very friendly. There was a little mistake with our room service order but was fixed promptly. The valet service was very friendly and thanked us and invited us back.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at the Best Western Premier Park downtown Madison location! Paul was very accommodating and his customer service is top notch! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The only thing we would have appreciated was a full length mirror. We were in town for a concert and it would have been nice to have a full length mirror while getting ready. Otherwise everything was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: All of the staff members could not have been friendly, more helpful or accommodating. Our only complaint was there was limited service availability because the people working the bar/restaurant are also running up room service – so there were times where there was nobody behind the bar/restaurant for a a bit because they were running up room service… but I think it might just be an understaffing. Food was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean and the staff again was outstanding.
