Summary: Look at the photos...we were so tired and the sheets looked clean, but the bathroom was horrendous. I couldn't add pictures for some reason.

Summary: The only problem we in countered was the shower faucet dripped unless you turned in off very hard and the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty!

Summary: Our only negative comment is maybe instructions should be provided in room as to how to operate the new tv’s. Even the staff were not able to help

Summary: This is clean and comfy, but the front desk is a little on the not so friendly side. I think she spoke one word to me and it was just, "sign" as she handed me a paper to sign. Puts you off from wanting to stay here a bit. This has been about the second time I've had this service. Later that night, a much more friendly woman was working and said hello and asked if I needed anything.

Summary: When we first came in, the lady made it so nice. It was quick, she got me more towels happily, always smiled, very pleasant! The room was clean, bigger than we thought it would be and the bed was so comfortable!! Really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The girl at the front desk hardly said two words to me when I arrived to check in. She also didn't seem to want to be bothered to do her job throughout our stay. We did not have hot water at all during our weekend stay. I called down the first morning after check in and there was no solution offered. The front desk lady simply told me, "some rooms just don't get hot water." Pool was good but small. Hot tub was closed off with caution tape and nothing was ever mentioned at check-in. The breakfast was the only decent thing about this place!!
