Summary: I have stayed here on multiple occasions. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has plenty of room. Shower has 2 heads, one being a rain head. They have Osmosis water available. Bring your own cups for beverage, as they only have glass glasses. There is a Keurig in the room. Coffee provided was ok. The pool is a nice area. Hot tub is hot like it should be. They have added a ping pong table to pool area, which was quite popular during my stay. There is also comfortable furniture in the pool area.On the outside of pool area complimentary coffee is provided by machine. You can get 6 different types. Note: parking is $15 daily. Check in and out is efficient. There is a grill and bar on property. Food is ok. I consider it expensive. If possible , get the bed and breakfast promo. It will save you some money. This hotel is centrally located to all things you want to do in downtown Minneapolis. Vikings,Twins,1st ave and plenty of other venues.

Summary: This may have been the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, and my room was beautifully clean. The hotel staff was so friendly and kind, and I loved the warm cookies in the lobby in the evenings!

Summary: This is my second stay at the Normandy when visiting Minneapolis. I have lots of family in the area and my oldest goes to college nearby. The location is great. Plenty of parking. Beautiful interior. It’s updated but still feels historic. We stayed in a suite this time and it was so spacious. Front desk staff is friendly and we had a few drinks at the bar which was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to return here.

Summary: Clean and cozy place to stay while in town for a seminar. Walkable to several downtown destinations. Not terribly fancy, well maintained. Restaurant and bar a little pricey, which is understandable given the location. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: I love the Normandy. The vintage style cannot be matched. Everything is clean and works. My only complaint is that the lobby coffee urns were empty and the automatic coffee/cappuccino machine must have been out of coffee grounds too.

Summary: We needed a place to stay near the kid. This check all the boxes for location, cost and ease of access. Would be nice if they limited 10 pm cookies to 2 per person. Saw a lady who took 5 and there were none left for us.

Summary: I got sick from drinking the filtered water they provide next to the ice machine.The hotel is fairly busy and seems understaffed. There was a line to check in and any time we needed anything from the front desk. The room is updated and clean. The property is nice and maintained.
