Summary: The front desk staff were super friendly. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was decent with hot food. The only thing that sketched us out is that several cars were broken into on the first night of our stay. We almost did not return the second night due to this. The staff reassured us this is not a normal occurrence. Lots of riff raff and homeless hanging around the area. Be cautious!

Summary: Not that I didn’t feel safe at any time. But it wasn’t the best neighborhood. The place was very clean and staff was great. The breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles and the regular other stuff. This was as good as I have experienced at this price point. If I come back, I’ll definitely be looking to this hotel again.

Summary: The bed was comfortable and the food was hot for breakfast. Unfortunately, the building inside was a bit beat up and it smelled dank like it needed a dehumidifier or more changeovers with the air. Pool water was a bit dity even though we didn't see it used excessively. The other hotels we stayed in managed it fine, even with stormy weather. Was hoping for more from a Best Western.

Summary: The linens and towels definitely need upgrading. There was spots and stains on just about everything. The sheet on the bed also had a tear in it. Everything else was decent though. Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok.

Summary: Room smelled like an old barbershop. Bathroom had caulking on bath that was falling apart. Ice machines didn’t work on any floor except 3. Main floor bathrooms were kept locked, so you had to go to the room from the dining area to use the bathroom. Breakfast was really good!
