Summary: The rooms and the hotel overall were nice, not at all worn out. The spa closed early so I never got a chance to try it and the gym was okay for a hotel. Only tried the breakfast and it was good. What I found bad was the cleaning, tissues and toilet paper ran out. No one ever came to clean the room or refill supplies.

Summary: I had a very comfortable stay at Savoy in Kiruna. Bed was exellent and room was clean and in good condition. Parking is conveniently accessible and reasonably priced. The hotel is located at the best possible location that you can think of. It is very close to bus and railroad stations and also close to walking street at the city center where all services and shops are located.

Summary: Amazing breakfast! Only thing that drags the score down is the fact that there weren’t any bathrobes accessible for the spa. I saw others use them but they weren’t in the spa nor on the room. How to get them? Perhaps put up a sign?

Summary: I like the atmosphere and that the whole hotel feels so fresh! Love the breakfast buffét which contains things that are rare for bufféts. But, since I think about the environment and choose to only have room cleaning one day during my stay. But this time I think that the bathroom cleaning was sloppy made and not thourough. Else everything was perfectly cleaned!
