Summary: While this hotel is a little dated looking, the rooms are incredibly clean and very comfortable. Almost every staff member that I had contact with was friendly, and helpful. The parking situation is a bit of a challenge if you arrive after dark, but they were very nice about it and allowed me to park in the loading zone rather than out on the street behind the building which seemed a little sketchy. Overall for the money, I think this was an incredibly pleasant stay. It was super clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: great place to stay. For me quiet clean rooms makes a difference and these were nice clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. We tend to stay at BW when we can because it save us from going out to eat somewhere because I am not a big breakfast eater, and we are usually in a hurry to get back on the road as we travel. You can serve yourseve as much or as little breakfast as you want

Summary: The staff was very prompt and responsive to my needs, the room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was the best I had in my recent travels. It would have been nice to have more than two handicapped parking spaces, but I was able to get a fairly close spot.

Summary: THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, THE BLANKETS WERE TORN AND DIRTY, BREAKFAST WAS NO GOOD, THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH, THE ELEVATOR WASN'T WORKING, I PAY TO MUCH $250 A NIGHT, I SHOULD STAY AT MOTEL 6 FOR $150 BUT I DECIDE BEST WESTERN SOUND BETTER, FOR SURE A WASN'T WORTH IT $250 A NIGHT. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Summary: It was good. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. We went in June and the weather was nice. The outdoor pool was fun. Being that it was outside there was debris in the pool but it was clean. Breakfast was great. It was an overall good experience :)

Summary: Nice hotel. Everything went well. Only issue to improve really was there was only one person handling the breakfast and she was working hard but a bit overwhelmed and needed another person to help. Some things like utensils ran out.
