Positive: We normally have a great stay. It's the only place in town that we do stay. The beds were comfortable.

Negative: The pool and spa area were dirty. I understand a little algae but there was actual mold in the hot tub. So caked on in the corners you couldn't touch the sides. Our room was not cleaned while we were there. We were asked at 530pm if we really needed it they could do it but it was time for them to go home. There was something rancid at the bottom of the trash can underneath the liner. We only discovered it because our room hadn't been cleaned we needed more space for the trash we did have. The stopper in the bath tub was broken and despite telling the front dest staff three separate times no one came up to check it. Anytime we needed something from the front desk we had to ring a button and the person watching videos on their phone had an attitude because we interrupted them. Again normally we have a good stay and we will probably stay again because it is the best hotel in the area but I feel for the price we are paying it should at least be clean. I can deal with uninterested staff because no one was mean or rude you could just tell they did not want to be there at all and had no sense of urgency.
