Summary: I was in London for surgery, flown from northern Ontario. The room was spacious, clean, and just perfect for the night before and the night of my surgery. I would stay there again and make use of the fantastic pool area. The only comment was that the building is on split levels, and it's hard to navigate. Many more signs would be helpful.

Summary: The check in staff were great and we ate dinner in the on site restaurant which was very nice. Its rare these days that a mid range hotel has an on site family restaurant that serves all meals. They also offered room service. Maybe because its also a conference centre. The only disappointment was that the bathroom didn't have a bath tub and the room door opened right into the the bedroom and the vanity area was right next to the door and also included the coffee maker, coffee etc so it was a bit tight in that area.

Summary: Excellent stay with one exception….Wi-Fi did not work well but realize rooms were renovated so maybe an adjustment for Wi-Fi needs to be performed. Other than that no complaints at all.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough, the beds comfortable and the bathroom while not ornate from a designer's point of view offer both separate bath and shower. The only drawback on this visit was that I couldn't access the in-house movies as the remote was unable to select that option. The porter who responded to my complaint explained that they were currently upgrading their TV systems. I will continue to stay there in the future.

Summary: We chose this hotel specifically for the pool, and it was impressive. The plants were all well taken care of, the live fish were entertaining, and the open roof was lovely. There were always enough chairs, and it was fantastic to see so many attentive lifeguards. The slide was really fun! The pool is showing some signs of age, but it's all very safe. The hot tub was HOT, and I loved it. The room was close to the pool, but not poolside (as we requested) so it was nice and quiet. I'm hoping these rooms are scheduled for renovation soon. The bathroom was not in the greatest repair - the toilet paper holder was inconveniently placed and only half attached to the drywall for one. Also, the blackout curtains fell about 6 inches short so the room was lit all night. But, the beds were super comfortable and clean, and that was the most important thing. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We didn't use the arcade, but it was bigger than expected, full of modern games, and looked like fun. The restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient, but we waited over 30 min for food that wasn't particularly good. However, many other restaurants and stores were within walking distance, so it didn't impact our trip too much.

Summary: The bed was okay. A little hard for my liking but more firm, then hard. We really liked the pool and waterslide. We didn't like that check-in was at 4pm. It seems a little late. You are paying for the night and you only get from 4pm one night until 11am the next morning. With that being said our room was ready at 3pm and the key was given to us at 3:00pm. So that was amazing. The staff were polite and really friendly.

Summary: Brought my nephews here for a 2 night stay..they loved pool! We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was fabulous! Will definitely be back!
