Summary: We have been staying here for 11 years, several times a summer. The last few years the rooms are looking shabby and not real clean. Major disappointment thus time. Worse it's ever been.

Summary: THE place had a strong smell maybe water damage with fans running. The room was also bad, lucky wife brought can of lysol. there was no ice on any 3 floors.

Summary: Man, this hotel smelled bad, like damp and not clean. Honestly our room wasn’t bad it was the most pleasant part, but the elevator didn’t work, the pool looked like a wasteland, worked for a one night stay but would not recommend for anything you want to be “nice” which is too bad because the location is great and felt like good be a nice hotel if it got whipped into shape.

Summary: Overall a good stay. I am sensitive to strong smells and our room had a very strong “chemically clean” smell. I was able to open a window to air it out. The tile entryway and bathroom had a heavy, greasy film that was slippery like it had been mopped with too much cleaner and not properly rinsed. Biscuits were very hard at breakfast. Other than that, it was fine. Staff is very friendly.

Summary: The sewer gas smell was absolutely intolerable and when the elevator was not working, no sign was posted. We found out by hear people talk about it. The solution to the sewer smell was to spray a deodorizer. For having to pay over two hundred dollars s night, we should have been compensated with a discount. One more thing, they should vacuum the stairs more frequently. I very seldom comment but the sewer gas smell is totally unacceptable. Probably will not stay at another Best Western.

Summary: We were in area to shop and celebrate a birthday. Planned on using the nicely advertised pool and hot tub only to find out the pool has been closed for months. Had we known we would have stayed elsewhere. Elevator and halls had a strange smell. Tile floor in our room was sticky to walk on. Due to the previous comments we did not feel comfortable eating the complimentary breakfast.
