Summary: Got room keys went to 2nd floor keys didn't work. Reprogrammed, still didn't. Manager came up and opened with her key. Gave me another set which also didn't work. Had to be let in by family every time i walked out. Side door to parking lot doesn't close or lock so security isn't the best. However the gated parking area was a plus. Hallway floors dirty, ice machine broken. Breakfast ok but very little seating. Staff was friendly and tried to help with key issue until i gave up. I told them it was the door and not the keys.

Summary: Easy check-in and I appreciate it that the parking lot was behind a gate. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The area is close to a freeway exit and a couple of fast food spots, so if you’re looking more for a quiet place to stop over on your way somewhere else or you plan to be out most of the day anyway, this is a good spot for that. The pool was “closed for the season” which seemed weird since it was around 80 degrees out, but everything else was fine.

Summary: This is the third year that we have stayed at this location for a week during the state basketball tournament. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the gate was open the majority of the time. That security measure is one of the main reasons we stay at this hotel for the week. The breakfast, as always, was great. Other than the gate being open, the stay was perfect for this trip.
