Positive: Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable. You can walk to old town, boardwalk.

Negative: We were there for two days, and we found out and notified the front desk about the soap dispenser in shower was broken, but it never got fixed. Room service came in and just clipped in the holder, but it was not usable. Coffee maker in the restroom is super weird. We requested 2nd floor but got ground floor rooms for our stay.

Summary: Just okay. I expected more support from the staff for this price range.

Positive: Amazing staff with a great pool area (big hot tub oasis!). They even had a limo driver that would take guests around the neighboring areas, something we'll never forget. Strongly recommend BWP Humboldt Bay Inn!

Positive: Loved the layout of the room with the dining table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and had a great breakfast section.

Positive: Very well maintained property with comfortable beds. Their breakfast includes real eggs and potatoes, as well as other continental choices.

Negative: We had a problem with the lock on our door not working- possibly no battery, so we got moved to a different room that was ground level and faced the large street. We did not feel safe in this room, so we asked to move and they moved us to a room that was adequate, but was not very private because our windows faced the top of a frequented staircase near the custodial office and across from the lobby.

Summary: We have stayed here twice, and really enjoy the staff, grounds, beds and breakfast. We look forward to returning.
