Positive: Hotel was great. Very nice decoration. Night staff was great, as well as the restaurant and Breakfast. Breakfast was very good, large variety.

Negative: The manager/lobby staff midnoon term attendant guy , was not that nice, had an attitude.

Positive: The breakfast bar is really exceptional. Nice outdoor pool.

Negative: Lot's of rules and inflexibility. - Forced to book two rooms for our family of 5 because our youngest was not allowed to share a bed with us in a suite room. - Shower caps required (5 Euro each) for the indoor pool, but not the outdoor pool. Hotel property is connected to a casino, but the actual hotel grounds are family friendly.

Positive: We were looking for a place to stay in Modena on our way from Verona to Firenze. This turned out great. Good value for money, Ferrari museum nearby (by car). Out of the limited traffic zone. We went into town at night, found good parking spots, didn’t have to pay for it (not charged past 8pm). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast! Comfortable room for a one night stay.

Negative: The room was not properly cleaned. Sheets and towels were changed but the rest was dirty with layers of dust everywhere.

Positive: The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. The cleaners were good and very accommodating. There is a quiet bar behind reception which is a nice relaxing space if you want to say indoors. The indoor pool is good and well stocked with towels. Breakfast was nice and varied.

Negative: The sauna is not on constantly but there is no sign to indicate the need to ask reception to switch it on. The pool was not open until mid-afternoon and sometimes not at all. Breakfast was not always topped up well, so late comers would not get much or cutlery/glasses would be missing. Being on the ground floor was nice but the ones near the car park entrance could do with sound proofing.

Positive: Perfect location and extremely well presented hotel.The staff were friendly and even took the time to allocate reserved parking area for our car club cars for the duration of the stay. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Negative: The restaurant was not well organised for dinner in the evening, and on a couple of separate occasions, there were slight issues with food being sent out cold and wrong orders and missing orders. However, breakfast in the same restaurant, with different staff, was good and without any issues at all.
