Summary: I was a bit frustrated as we weren’t able to enjoy the pool or hot tub. The hot tub was temporarily closed (we stayed for two nights) and the pool appeared unclean and had a weird oily film on it. The room was fine. The cleanliness of it could have been better. There was dried red sauce on the counter top and the a general odor in the room didn’t make you think that it was clean. The front desk was super nice and the breakfast was fine. We just usually enjoy the pool and hot tub as part of our vacation. I can see that it’s been like that for a while when reviewing reviews on trip advisor. It did not have those reviews when I booked it otherwise I’d probably done someplace else.

Summary: Exceeded my expectations. I was there with my family for 3days. Traveled from Georgia to Maryland for two different homegoing services. It's really nice to know there are places to stay that gives you that home feeling. The staff was very welcoming. Hotel was clean & comfortable.

Summary: Fine stay, clean enough, spacious enough. Complained that the fridge was broken. Staff was completely unconcerned. Asked for a repair. Nope. Asked for a swap. Nope. Asked for extra ice buckets. Nope. Their best was to offer me some garbage bags that I could fill with ice to keep things cool. Are you serious? How do people like this keep jobs in the service industry? BTW, people have complained about the fridges in the past, so if the owner responds with that nonsense "Thank you for your feedback! We're improving" line you can tell for sure they're full of it. Go to the Holiday Inn next door.

Summary: The AC did not work in our room the first night and we were told there was nothing that could be done. It was so hot and uncomfortable. We weren’t even offered an apology. They did move us the next day, but no refund or compensation was offered, and mostly, there was no apology.

Summary: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Best Western. It was impeccably clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. The decor of the room was a little drab -- but it's a chain, what can you do? This room was far more comfortable than many more expensive boutique hotels I've stayed in in the past.
