Positive: The facility it new/updated and very clean. Breakfast was fine.

Negative: One guest had invited a local family (or two?) to join them at the pool for the entire afternoon/evening. The teens and elementary-age kids consumed the entire pool, as well as the perimeter. The teens who didn't have swimming suits simply wore boxer shorts or underwear. The three adults were busy barbecuing and drinking even after quiet hours. It didn't feel comfortable to join their private party. We were looking forward to taking a swim after our long drive but didn't feel welcome in their free-for-all. I don't know what the hotel can do about inconsiderate guests, but maybe an occasional walk-through could verify paying hotel guests. (I am assuming the local family members who were not staying at the hotel and were let into the pool area through the parking lot, did not have permission from the front desk.)

Negative: The location of the hotel. I thought maybe their would be at least one convenient store close by.
