Summary: Check in was super easy and fast. Hotel smelled clean when we walked in. So far we had a good feeling about the hotel. Then as the elevator doors were closing we realized there was stains all over the two seats they had outside the doors to sit if you wanted to. Summary: Friendly staff and comfortable spot. Good simple breakfast. The elevator had some sort of door malfunction during our stay m, which was a bit concerning. Lastly, there was someone yelling/partying from one room until mid hours of the night, but it was bearable given the nature of our stay.

Summary: When I checked in, the lady was unwelcoming and seemed annoyed. I got the top floor like I asked, but when I got off the elevator, I immediately could hear loud noise coming from 1 hotel room. It ended up being the hotel room right next to mine. I got into the room and I could still here the noise through the walls. At one point, I called down to the front desk and the lady said would let them know and hung up on me. She didnt do anything cause the noise never changed and it only got louder. When I walked into the room, the floors were filthy and I had to wear my flip flops the whole time. The bathroom had a huge chunk of glass on the floor, under the sink. The tub filled with water while the drain was fully open when I was taking a quick shower. The bed and pillows were ok. The breakfast was ok, not great.

Summary: Reception and breakfast was 5 stars. Everything else I’d say 3 at best. They never came and cleaned the room on a 5 night stay even when we requested it twice.
