Summary: I was visiting my daughter, who is studying at USYD, so the hotel’s proximity to her dorm and the university was perfect. There are plenty of public transportation options nearby, as well as convenience stores and great coffee shops within walking distance. The room was comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Summary: Very pleased with room - modern, well equipped, comfortable Kitchen essentials - microwave, sink, crockery, cutlery and dishwashing amenities Everything very clean - beds comfortable, nice to open window for fresh air Room not overly spacious, but big enough. Table and chairs plus desk. If you only need nighttime parking, try street parking - free until 10.30am Only disappointment was the shower - poor water pressure

Summary: Located conveniently near public transport (buses) to the CBD and walking distance to hospitals (RPA, Lifehouse) and pubs, restaurants and cafes. The king kitchenette was smallish but comfortable enough and had a bench for PC and an office chair. Microwave and basic utensils for reheating food, but the TV was free to air only. The check-in went smoothly but the checkout was a problem. There is limited parking on site, so we parked at another venue around the corner. On departure day, Friday 17 April, on the first trip around 8am well before checkout, we told reception that we needed to make a few trips with bags to the car before checking out. However, it appears that the receptionist cancelled our room access as soon as we left the building. On return we were unable to enter our room, went down to reception, and was told by the receptionist that I must have bolted the door from the inside. I informed her that there was no bolt. She said I can give you a new swipe card. This swipe card did not work. On return to reception, she said she would rekey it and I had to try it again. This key did not work, and returned to reception, she realised then she had given me a swipe card to a different room. She accompanied me to our room with a master key, and as the room could not be lit, I had to collect our remaining belongings in the dark and had to carry a larger amount of luggage in one trip to the car. This was a very distressing way to end our stay. We paid good money for a comfo

Summary: Nice clean room, good air con, bit of street noise but to be expected give the location. Desk manager was lovely, kindly allowed access to the room a couple of hours early. Walking distance to Annandale with lovely cafes was a pleasant surprise. Would stay again.

Summary: Staff were so lovely and helpful. Room was basic but comfortable enough for a night. Road noise is not really blocked by the windows.

Summary: The staff were VERY helpful, the room, although small, was adequate, well set up and very clean. It was very convenient to RPA and the city. I would definitely stay there again.
