Positive: Location was good. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very pleasant, professional and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a positive experience.

Negative: Needs updating. Pillows were hard. Mattress were not comfortable - lumpy and hard. Windows were filthy. Toilet seat was loose and didn’t flush at the end of the stay.

Summary: Needs some significant improvements, otherwise it was a good deal that had what we needed.

Positive: Was there for just one night but would definitely stay there again.... beds were very comfortable with a variety of different type pillows to choose from, we enjoyed the thicker ones..... desk was a little small but handy and was put to good use.... we were on 1st floor and able to park right outside the room.... bathroom was well supplied and quick to receive hot water. Took a shower, quite enjoyed the big shower head. Always a plus when room has a fridge..... price was very reasonable which we take into consideration along with previous guests reviews which are very good, by the way.

Negative: biggest drawback was lack of soundproofing.... any car starting up or even people talking in hall or outside, you heard them.

Positive: Good location and breakfast. Hot tub and pool easy to access and not too busy. Check in staff gave us lots of info.

Negative: Slight musty odour in the room (fan maybe) and bathroom and carpet both had signs of a less than thorough cleaning (shower had stains that we could wipe off & carpet had some left over fabric type (fuzzy) debris from a previous visit

Summary: Nice looking place in a handy location and with a good included breakfast.
