Negative: Plumbing was off. Tub spout falling apart.

Summary: Multiple visits here. This one was off. Don't stay in basement rooms.

Positive: Is near a lots of excellents restaurants. Just in front of the bay. The breakfast room was perfect including the food. Very courteous employees. Reception employees were excellent and professional. Cleaning service very helpful and understanding.

Positive: The price is good for the location. There were lots of breakfast options. The person who checked us in when we arrived in the middle of the night because of a delayed flight was clearly trying his best. The first room we were assigned hadn't been cleaned after the previous occupant so I went back up and said we needed a different room and it was clear that the desk person cared a lot about trying to fix that for us. He got us assigned a different room and asked another employee to go get our bags and bring them to our new room.

Negative: I don't like the idea of a basement room, but I knew it was a possibility from other reviews. Even though we arrived very late and then had an extra delay with getting a room as I described above, someone came at 11:03 to make sure we were checking out.

Positive: The breakfast was decent. The hotel was clean

Negative: The hotel is very old and very expensive. Anywhere else, I would have been able to to stay at a five star hotel for that kind of money. The hotel was clean, yet run down. The staff was very kind and welcoming.
