Positive: Great staff, clean, enjoyed the restaurant and the room itself was great

Negative: We were on the second floor in a section with no elevator. We’re both in our 70s. We did manage, but it would’ve been nicer to have an elevator and there are some people who might not be able to handle that.

Positive: Location was perfect, staff were extremely helpful, thank you Ronda and Bob too. Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the usage of the gym and pool. Staff were courteous and friendly. Beds comfy, just perfect overall.

Positive: Great location to our family, shopping and restaurants. Nice double bed rooms. Hot shower with great water pressure. Great service from hospitality when we needed something. The pool was clean and very big. Breakfast was delicious and abundant.

Negative: The air conditioning in one of our rooms did not adjust temperature properly . It was a hot trip and the air in the whole building didn't seem to keep up in hallway areas. All 3 rooms, key cards were constantly not working and a lot of time was spent getting them reset. I have never had this problem before.
