Summary: After a long day of driving, we checked in at Best Western Beckley at 6:15pm, went to dinner and returned to the hotel at 8:00. Unpacked and settled into our room, turned on the TV and had no service. Called 4 times to front desk and got no answer. Finally went down to the desk and reported the problem. The individual said she would come and check on it. Upon arrival at our room, she said it was not something she could fix and offered another room. We were exhausted and unpacked and said no, but we wanted a credit on this room when we checked out in the morning - the attendant agreed. In the morning, the management did not want to give us any credit, I would not accept this and after 20 minutes, they finally relented o a measly $25 credit. This was unacceptable, we won't stay there again!

Summary: The lady that checked me in was super friendly and professional. She had a lobby area packed with adults and children, and she could not have been nicer. The breakfast bar was very good and the food was good!

Summary: Our room was disappointing. It was small, the beds were small, the bathroom was very tiny. A sliding door on the bathroom would open up a little more space in the bathroom. The shower curtain needed replacement.

Summary: Everything was great except the bathroom. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure in the shower was poor. Other then that we loved it. Those things wont stop us from staying again. Very nice stay and would recommend!

Summary: Best Westerns use to be an $80 night stay. They should remain in that price point. Cost to value is just not there above $100. Hotel was serviceable for a place to sleep for the night but was plagued with cheaply done maintenance and minimal cleaning.

Summary: The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is that the bed was way too hard. Made for a not so good nights sleep.
